England is a bit of an enigma. 



It has more golf courses than any other country in UK but is often a forgotten golf destination. Travel restrictions will, we feel, change all that.

You only need to look at England’s Golf Coast in the North West to realise that you are walking in the steps of greatness when you tee it up at Royal Lytham, Royal Birkdale, and Royal Liverpool. Add in the open qualifiers like Hillside and Formby and you have quite a package. Take a trip to Cumbria and play Silloth on Solway Golf Club, its miles from anywhere but you will be blown away with its sheer magnificence.

The North East has Slaney Hall, the Midlands has The Belfry (who can ever forget some of the Ryder Cup on the Brabazon), the South East has some magnificent courses (The Open now due at Royal St. Georges in 2021 of course), the South West has magnificent courses in Devon and Cornwall and let’s not forget East Anglia. Yes, lots of places to visit.

Each region of England can offer fantastic golf and of course plenty of variety of accommodation.
